A Head of Department position reports to the National Sales Manager. Develops and implements sales plans with clearly defined time frames to maximize performance and achieve corporate goals. Effectively coordinates, supervises and motivates the regional sales team to ensure a robust customer base. Contribute new ideas for product development and give timely feedback on product and brand profile in the region to central teams.
Minimum of Second Class Honours Degree or Upper Credit Higher National Diploma. 5 O' level credits
inclusive of English Language and Mathematics. MBA or Diploma in sales/marketing will be an advantage
The successful candidate must be proactive, self-motivated, assertive, target driven with good people management and development skills. In addition the candidate should possess excellent interpersonal, written and spoken communication skills and must be willing to travel frequently and extensively.
Minimum of 8 years relevant sales experience in consumer goods.
