Successful candidate will among other things <br>* Maintain focal point of the HR central data base system; <br>* Input and update the Internationally Recruited Staff (IRS) data in the electronic data base. <br>* Assist in the IRS recruitment <br>* Manage the job vacancy website; <br>* Assist in processing of IRS benefits; <br>* Process all leave application forms for approval; <br>* Assist in the orientation of new staff; <br>*Produce simple analysis, statistics and reports; <br>* Prepare power point presentation when required; <br>*Retrieve information (manual and electronics) from the records <br>* Maintain HR archival files and <br>*Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor<br><b>&nbsp;</b><br><b>&nbsp;</b><br><b>Qualification and Experience </b><br>BSc/HND in Management Sciences with minimum of 5 years post-qualification working experience in Human Resources administration. <br>Candidate must have high stress tolerance level and ability to manage and priotize work, be able to handle confidential issues and be willing to work beyond normal hours. <br>He/she should also possess sound analytical mind, high integrity, good inter-personal and communication skills (oral and written) and strong knowledge of computer office softwares. <br>
