The State Partnership for Accountability Responsiveness and Capability (SPARC) is a major programme funded by the UK government's Department for International Development and managed by HTSPE Ltd assisting the Nigerian Government to build on governance reforms already under way in five states (Enugu, Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano and Lagos) and at Federal level. <P>Responsibilities include assisting the National Finance and Admin Manager and supporting the five State Finance and Admin Managers in (i) human resource management, (ii) general administration, (iii) logistics and (iv) security of the whole programme. The position might require some travel in the above-mentioned states. <BR><STRONG>The job requirements</STRONG></P> <UL> <LI>University degree, preferably business adminstration, human resource management or other relevant educational background combined with relevant management experience</LI> <LI>Minimum of 5years experience in admin/HR/logictics for international organisations, of which minimum of 2years at supervisory grade.</LI> <LI>conversant with local labour legislations.</LI> <LI>Proactive approach and the ability to think "outside the box" when developing solution and strategies; independent, self-driven and able to handle multi-tasks with detail-minded.</LI> <LI>Team player who requires minimum supervision; able to communicate with staff of all level and cultural backgrounds; strong analytical and negotiation skills.</LI> <LI>political, legal and cultural awareness from working experience in Nigeria.</LI> <LI>Proven skills and experience in report writing.</LI> <LI>Good command of written and spoken English.</LI> <LI>Computer literate.</LI></UL><STRONG> <P><BR></P></STRONG>
